Not necessarily at the start. What matters most is real progress: leads, meetings, pilots, partnerships and first sales. The time format is flexible.

Do I need Web3 experience?

No. Experience in B2B, IT, SaaS, ERP, CRM, integrations, consulting or complex digital products is more important.
